At Happy Acres Property Care, our billing process is designed to be simple, transparent, and completely hassle-free. We operate on a secure, card-on-file system to ensure reliable service and a smooth client experience from start to finish.

How does payment work?

Getting started is straightforward. Once you request a quote, we evaluate your property and service needs, then provide a detailed quote with clear, upfront pricing — no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

To begin service, you will approve the quote, securely add a card on file, and sign the service agreement. From there, your service is scheduled and handled automatically.

When am I charged?

All services are billed on the morning of your scheduled service day. Payments are processed automatically using the card on file prior to service being performed.

This ensures a smooth, uninterrupted experience and allows us to maintain an efficient and reliable service schedule.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If a payment does not process successfully on the scheduled service day, service will not be performed at that time.

You are welcome to contact us to update your payment method and arrange the next available service date.

If payment declines continue without communication, and a second scheduled service is missed due to non-payment, your services may be canceled and removed from our route.

Clients are always welcome to re-enroll once a valid payment method is provided.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We operate exclusively on a card-on-file system. All services must be paid using a valid credit or debit card stored securely on your account.

We do not accept cash, checks, payment apps, or any other forms of payment for services.

This system allows us to provide a consistent, reliable, and fully automated experience for all clients.

Are tips accepted?

Tips are never expected but are always appreciated.

If you choose to leave a tip, cash is the preferred method and may be given at your discretion.

Do you offer prepaid or seasonal options?

Yes. We offer a prepaid seasonal option for clients who prefer a simplified, hands-off experience. This option allows you to pay upfront, often at a discounted rate, with no ongoing billing throughout the season.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment information is processed and stored securely using industry-standard encryption through our billing system. Your information is never shared or sold.
